2. Service Agreement

When you partner with Writers.ng, the following terms apply:

• Project Acceptance: By engaging us, you confirm your trust in our team’s expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional work based on your requirements.
• Agency Role: For a streamlined process, all communication will be handled by your dedicated project manager or representative. Writers work behind the scenes to ensure consistency and quality.

3. Payment Policy

To make things easy and transparent, we follow this payment structure:

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of up to 50% is required before we begin any work.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion. Once payment is received, the full project will be promptly delivered.
• Late Payments: Timely payments help us maintain our schedule. Delays in payment may cause project delays or incur additional fees.

4. Revision Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer up to three revisions within 7 days of delivery:

• Scope of Revisions: Revisions must align with the original brief. Any changes beyond that scope may incur additional charges.
• Requesting Revisions: You can easily request revisions via email or our project management platform.
• Revision Timeline: Depending on the complexity, revisions are typically completed within 5-7 business days.

5. Project Termination and Refund Policy

• Termination by Client: You may cancel the project if work has not yet started. Once work begins, our three-revision process ensures we address your concerns before considering termination.
• Refunds: We offer a partial refund (up to 40%) only if the project does not meet agreed specifications after the revision process. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days, following our two-week review policy.

6. Delivery Policy

We’re committed to delivering your project on time. Any delays due to missing information or materials from the client will not be our responsibility. You’ll receive a 10% preview of the project, and the final version will be sent after the balance is paid.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful outcome:

• Communication: Please provide clear, detailed briefs and respond promptly to any queries.
• Collaboration: We value a cooperative partnership. Kindly adhere to our communication and revision guidelines.
• Professional Conduct: We expect professional and respectful communication. Should inappropriate behavior occur, we reserve the right to terminate the contract without issuing a refund.

8. Legal Considerations

• Use of Work: Once the project is delivered, Writers.ng no longer has control over how it is used. Any concerns must be raised within 7 days.
• Ownership & Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, you own the work. If the final payment isn’t made, ownership remains with Writers.ng.
• Dispute Resolution: We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. However, in case of legal issues, this agreement is governed by Nigerian law.

9. Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. All information and materials shared with Writers.ng will remain confidential unless otherwise agreed.

10. Amendments and Modifications
